Join us August 11, 2018 from 10:00am-12:00pm in our historic 1907 barn for this organic farm to fermentation class with Samantha Gardner a Certified Nutrition Therapy Practitioner, who has been teaching the art of food and beverage fermentation for four years.
Lacto-fermentation is a method of food preservation that also enhances the nutrient content of the food. In this workshop participants will learn how to ferment vegetables, fruits, and condiments. This will be a make and take workshop using seasonal organic veggies from Stone Coop Farm in Brighton Michigan.
