Join us in our historic 1907 Barn for this farm to table cooking class where, chef Matt Tulpa of Salt and Saffron, will teach you how to cook Pasta.
Learn the fundamentals behind making and cooking fresh and dried pasta. During this 2-hour class, Chef Matt will teach you how to prepare three courses. You’ll enjoy tasting the delicious courses which you helped prepare.
Space is limted to 20 people per class. (Minimum 10)
Hand torn pasta with yuzu, dashi, brown butter, greens, goat cheese, and parsley
Spaghetti with a tomato and feta sauce, smoked olive oil, and basil
Garganelli with tonnato sauce, zucchini, and cheddar
These classes are Bring Your Own Beverage – we will provide a nonalcoholic beverage such as water, tea and coffee.
Our purpose at Stone Coop Farm is to not only grow incredibly tasty and nutritious food, but to share our knowledge with other folks. We don't have any trade secrets. We want to share our knowledge and experiences any way that we can.
