Chef Matt Tulpa of Salt & Saffron creates incredible oils and vinegars to add that extra element of flavor to his dishes. Join us for a cooking class where you will learn how to infuse oils and vinegars with herbs, fruit, and other flavors. Chef Matt will provide a basic oil recipe and basic vinegar recipe so you can create your own at home. This is a hands on class where you will create 2 oils and 2 vinegars that you will take home using the basic recipes that Chef Matt will provide.
