Join us in celebrating a bountiful fall harvest. Chefs Matt Tulpa of Salt and Saffron and Andy Hollyday of Selden Standard will create the harvest feast which will feature the 898 Squash with its concentrated sweetness, flavor and beta-carotene and the Upstate Abundance Potato. Two crops created by the combined efforts of Cornell plant breeder Michael Mazourek, Ph.D., noted chef Dan Barber, and seed producer Matthew Goldfarb for Row 7 Seeds. Planted, grown, and harvested at the request of a generous donor who sponsored the necessary rows, by our farmers at Stone Coop Farm.
Menu Coming Soon A wine pairing option provided by Mabel Gray Kitchen's Lindsay Martinik can be added to your ticket at time of purchase. Cocktails by Paul Fradeneck will be available to purchase at the event.
