During this 2-hour class, Chef Matt will teach you how to prepare three courses. You’ll enjoy tasting the delicious courses which you helped prepare. Join us at the Pavilion for this farm to table cooking class where, Chef Matt Tulpa of Salt and Saffron, will teach you how to make Everything Raw. Learn how to sculpt a meal without applying heat to ingredients.

Nasturtium tacos with zucchini, herbs creme fraiche and egg yolk

Gazpacho

These classes are Bring Your Own Beverage – we will provide a nonalcoholic beverage such as water, tea and coffee.
