Join us at the Pavilion for this farm to table cooking class where, Chef Matt Tulpa of Salt and Saffron, will teach you how to make Everything Raw. Learn how to sculpt a meal without applying heat to ingredients.
Salad bouquets with kale hummus and gooseberry vinegar
Tomato salad with burrata and kimchi
Nasturtium tacos with zucchini, herbs creme fraiche and egg yolk
These classes are Bring Your Own Beverage – we will provide a nonalcoholic beverage such as water, tea and coffee.
