Join us for this farm to table cooking class where, chef Matt Tulpa of Salt and Saffron, will teach you how to cook Smoked. A method where smoke is used as a seasoning for hot and cold foods.
During this 2-hour class, Chef Matt will teach you how to prepare three courses. You’ll enjoy tasting the delicious courses which you helped prepare.
